On October 10, at his office at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Duslyk Order – to the President of the Association of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of the republic Aleksandr Lavrentyev for his active public activities and contribution to the development of the republic.
