Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the republic Irek Faizullin, and other officials took part in the meeting.

On May 7, in Moscow, Acting Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Commission for Monitoring Targeted Socioeconomic Development Indicators of the Russian Federation chaired by the Russian President Vladimir Putin. The agenda focused on the implementation of the May 2012 Presidential Executive Orders in the social sphere: healthcare, education and labour remuneration.
