On October 20, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov read the Address to the State Council of the republic, which was devoted to the internal and external situation of the republic.
In connection with the high social significance, a live television and radio broadcast of the 35th meeting of the State Council was organized. An online broadcast of the meeting was available at the official website of the State Council and on the social network VKontakte.

On October 3, at their meeting in the city of Tolyatti of the Samara region, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and First Executive Vice President for Strategy and Technical Development of AvtoVAZ machine-building plant Yevgeny Shmelyov discussed the possible development of cooperation between the automotive company and the University of Innopolis in personnel training, as well as the implementation of joint projects in robotics.
On 12 October, welcoming participants of the X International Specialized Exhibition “Road 2022” held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said: “It is a great honor for us to host such an important event in the capital of our republic - Kazan. Today Tatarstan is implementing large scale ambitious projects in various spheres, the main objective of which is to increase life quality of people. It is impossible to imagine today’s life without highways and automotive vehicles. Development of economy branches of the state directly depend on quality and safety of highways. High quality and safe roads are a guarantee of economic stability”.
On 7 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin looked round a specialized exhibition organized by the Rosatom Corporation and Russian Ministry of Construction and Utilities Sectors – participants of the II International Construction Competition held in Kazan.
On 7 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in Parliamentary hearings of the budget of the republic for 2023 and the planned period of 2024 and 2025 held at the State Council of the republic.
On 7 October, speaking at the XIV International Scientific Applied Conference “Health Architecture – MES 2022” held on the sidelines of the II International Construction Competition in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that for years of its existence the MES conference has proved its high efficiency and worth and has become a key platform for Volga Federal District for exchange of knowledge and experience in engineering and information technologies used at healthcare faculties.
On 1 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin on behalf of the government of the republic and himself congratulated old stagers with the International Day of Older Persons.
In his congratulatory address, Aleksey Pesoshin said: “People have always been the main wealth of our country. And our traditions are based on respect to older generation. I sincerely thank you for your selfless labour which made it possible for our republic to become one of the leading regions in our country in social and economic development.”
On September 30, the Popov Technopark in the city of Innopolis hosted the second day of the Kazan International Legal Forum "Right to the Right" with participation of representatives of legal, business communities and state authorities from different regions of Russia.
On 26 September at its meeting in the Government house of the republic chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Board of Director of the Grid Company considered issues of reliability of electricity supply to Companycustomers, results of its industrial and financial and economic operation and implementation of the capital construction plan of the Company in the first six months of 2022.
