State security service has always been an important part of public administration system. You make a considerable contribution to protection of national interests of the country, ensuring of inviolability of constitutional system, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Russia, maintaining stability in society.

On December 19 Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev held session of Guardian Council of Regional Foundation of Revival of Historical and Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Tatarstan. Results of this year’s activity of the foundation were summed up and events to be implemented in island town of Sviyazhsk and ancient town of Bolgar next year were discussed at the session.

On December 19 Russian Presidential Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich held a session of the Council of Volga Federal District on executing Russian Government Edict “On approving plan of actions under the Strategy of state national policy of Russian Federation till 2025 in 2013-2015” in Ulyanovsk.

On December 18 the seminar “Regional programmes of capital repair of multi-apartment houses. Organisation of work of regional operators” was held in Verkhneuslonsky region of Tatarstan. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Director General of Housing and Communal Reform Fund Konstatnin Tsitsin, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utility Services Andrey Chibis took part in plenary session of the seminar. 

On December 18 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of Housing and Communal Reform Fund Konstantin Tsitsin, and First Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utility Services Leonod Stavitsky discussed issues of further cooperation, development of building industry, and funding of capital repair of multi-apartment houses.

On December 17 Russian Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko held a session of organizing committee on holding XVI world aquatics championship 2015 in Kazan (Moscow). Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the event through video conferencing mode from Tatarstan Government House.
