The Republic of Tatarstan is interested in attraction of Danish investors and cooperation with Denmark in the sphere of energy efficiency and other areas. Such a statement was made by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov today at a meeting with the Danish Minister for trade and investment Pia Olsen Duhr.
The Rockwool production plant has been launched in the special economic zone Alabuga. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and RF Minister of economic development Elvira Nabiullina, the Danish Minister for trade and investment Pia Olsen Duhr, and President of Rockwool Int. Elko van Heel attended a solemn opening ceremony.

A project office of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization can be opened in Kazan. Issues of cooperation between Tatarstan and the UNIDO have been discussed today at a meeting of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov with Director of the Center of international industrial cooperation of the UNIDO in the Russian Federation Sergei Korotkov.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov attended the ceremony of opening III specialized exhibition and congress “Clean water. Kazan”. The event is held at the exhibition center “Kazanskaya Yarmarka” (Kazan).
The international conference on issues of interethnic relations is likely to be held in Kazan under the auspices of the European Jewish Congress. Prospects of holding such an event have been discussed at a meeting of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with President of the European Jewish Congress, co-chairman of the European Council on Tolerance and Reconciliation Vyacheslav Kantor and Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council on international affairs Mikhail Margelov.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with CEO of the Association of innovative regions of Russia Ivan Bortnik. The meeting was held in RT Government House with participation of RT Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and Aide to RT President Anatoly Krasnov.
Director of the Investment venture fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Aideldinov told about novelties of the contest "50 best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" at a briefing in RT Government House. The briefing was held in format of video conference with all municipal regions and was broadcasted in the Internet (the link “watch briefing” on the RT Government Portal www.prav.tatarstan.ru).

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with Chairman of the Central contest commission for summarizing contest among RF subjects for best training for military service Sergei Nikolenko. The meeting was held in RT Government House with participation of first deputy PM Ravil Muratov, RT military commissar Sergei Pogodin, Secretary of RT Security Council Valery Vlasov.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Director general of FGBU “Russian energy agency” Timur Ivanov. Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov, vice-premier – RT Minister of energy Ilshat Fardiev, Aide to RT President Anatoly Krasnov, deputy Director general of FGBU “the Russian energy agency” Marina Fairushina took part in the meeting in the RT Government House.
Tatarstan leadership admits existence of problems in the system of republican law enforcement agencies and is ready to render maximum help to solve them. Such a statement was made by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting on results of inspection of organization of anti-crime work and supervision for observation of laws by the interior agencies in RT Prosecutor's office.
