President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in laying the foundation stone to Planetarium and Astropark on the territory of observatory named after V.Engelgardt of Kazan federal university. On arriving to observatory (Zelenodolsk municipal region) Rustam Minnikhanov overviewed exposition of space technologies development and work of telescope Refractor. A detailed plan of territory development was introduced to Rustam Minnikhanov where in the nearest time construction of Planetarium and Astropark is to be started (designer – Kazan GiproNIIaviaprom ).
“Development of educational system in Tatarstan should be based on teachers first of all”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov stated at August meeting of educational workers. The meeting took place in Almetievsk with participation of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin, heads of republican ministries and departments.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov who is taking part in August meeting of educational workers opened new kindergarten in Almetievsk and visited other educational institutions. Head of Republic was accompanied by RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, heads за ministries and departments.

Team competitions of First charitable golf tournament for RT President Cup ended in winning of team “Tatarstan-1”. Team “Tatarstan-2” took the second place. Team of company “Office manager service” won the bronze medal. The honorable trophy - RT President Cup was handed to representatives of team “Tatarstan-1”.

The first charitable golf tournament for RT President Cup started in Verkhneuslonsky region of Tatarstan. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in official opening ceremony. First charitable golf tournament is held on the field of golf club “Kazan”. Representatives of business, authorities and political figures from Tatarstan, Moscow, and other regions of Russia and foreign countries are taking part in the tournament, - by and large 11 teams each consisted of four people. The first team from Tatarstan is led by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Realization of program on construction and major repair at pre-school educational institutions “Belekech” was discussed at a meeting in RT Cabinet. The meeting was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin made the key report. By his words, the program implies construction of 29 new objects, 100 objects of major repair and 6 objects should be constructed on terms of private-state partnership.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited construction site of Universiade Village in Kazan and inspected course of work. Head of Republic was accompanied by Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin.

Members of Tatarstan delegation headed by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the largest infrastructure project of Brazil located in the North of Rio de Janeiro state, - port and industrial-logistics complex Acu.
On August,16 during the business trip to Federal Republic Brazil President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was interviewed by Brazil bureau of information agencies “ITAR-TASS” and “RIA-news”. R.Minnikhanov told about perspective areas for cooperation between Tatarstan and Brazil and measures for realization of planned agreements. “Brazil has immense potential. We have to define mutual interests and move forward. The example of signing agreement with Marcopolo S.A shown by “KAMAZ” should encourage for promoting possible variants of cooperation with Brazil companies.
