The 4th International research and practice conference on intelligent transport systems was held in Kazan on February 25. Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov said that previous conferences that were held in 2010, 2012 and 2014 showed interest in this topic among Russian and foreign scientists.

On February 24, at his meeting with Mr. Yu Jinbo, CEO of CNCEC (China National Chemical Engineering) at “Ammoni” complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the project of federal significance “Ammoni” was the result of joint work of Tatarstan and CNCEC. He thanked specialists of the Chinese corporation for high quality of works, their professionalism and commitment.
On February 24, at a briefing at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov informed that the experience of other countries is studied to solve problems of deceived participants of shared construction.
