On March 4 Tatarstan President, Chairman of the Association of Innovative Regions and Russia Rustam Minnikhanov took part in presidium session of Presidential Council for economic modernization and innovative development held by Chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev in Moscow region.

On March 3 at his meeting with delegation of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that spheres for cooperation with Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region would be determined and a working group created at the meeting.

On March 1 at a session held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov members of Tatarstan Investment Committee discussed mechanisms of private-public partnership and investment projects to be implemented in Tatarstan.
