Issues of keeping longevity and formation of culture of healthy way of life in Tatarstan were discussed in House of RT government at the meeting held by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov. The meeting was held within the limits of realization of RT President Address to RT State Council for 2011.Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov reported on development of physical culture and sport, formation of culture of healthy way of life in Tatarstan. He reminded that the conception of developing healthy way of life in oriented to the Strategy of developing physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation till 2020 (approved by RF government in 2009). Rafis Burganov told in details about creation of conditions in republic for leading healthy way of life. By his words, his offer regarding reviving physical exercises during working day and industrial gymnastics was supported by heads of many enterprises.

Session of council on control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products in RT has been held today by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov in House of RT government.The session was attended by Secretary of RT Security council Valery Vlasov, Head of Ministry of interiors on RT Asgat Safarov, Chairman of Council of municipal formations - Head of Cheremshan municipal region Minsagit Shakirov, Head of State alcohol inspection Igor Marchenko, Head of Department of Federal service for supervision in the sphere of protection of consumers’ rights and human well-being on RT Viktor Morozov and others.Opening the event, Ildar Khalikov stressed that first of all control for quality of alcohol output produced and realized via distribution networks should be provided. “Control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products should be tough”, - he said.

According to data for November,30 37 955 unemployed people have been registered in republic. In comparison with the beginning of year the number of unemployed citizens considerable decreased. Round table with heads of executive committees of municipal regions and city districts of Tatarstan on urgent issues of activity of local authorities has been held today in Kazan chaired by RT First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov. Deputy Minister of labor, employment and social protection Klara Tazetdinova reported on course of realization of regional program aimed at decreasing tensity at labor market in 2010. By her words, the quantity of economically active population in Tatarstan makes 2 mln. 62 thousand people (55 % of total number). 1 mln 900 thousand od them are working people.

Today RT President Rustam Minnikhanov is in Zürich (Switzerland) where he is taking part in presentation of Russia bid for hosting world football championship in 2018 with the delegation from Russia. The delegation consists of 30 people headed by First Vice-premier of RF government Igor Shuvalov.Final presentation of Russian application will be held in headquarters of FIFA (Zürich) at 12.00 by local time (at 14.00 by Moscow time).Russia’s presentation will be the last one after Belgium, Holland, Spain and Portugal, England.

“Tatarstan has interesting experience that may be passed on to other Russian regions”, - Chairman of Federation Council of Russia Sergey Mironov announced on arriving in Kazan. This visit to a Russian region was the first after Address of RF President to Federal Assembly. “President of Russia told about future of our country, about children, modernization, innovations. Tatarstan is a republic which demonstrates high rates in social - economic development and such issues as transfer to “E-government". Here not only Tatarstan government but State Council as well has been working in electronic form for a long time. Much has been done so that citizens may see on-line what the authorities are engaged in. This enables to provide civil and public control”.

Sergei Mironov, the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, came to Kazan for a two-day visit late on December 1.Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin, member of the RF Federation Council Aleksei Pakhomov, Chief Federal Inspector for Tatarstan Marsel Galimardavnov and other officials met the guest at the Kazan International Airport.Upon arrival, Sergei Mironov and Rustam Minnikhanov had a working meeting.

Draft budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2011 and planned period of 2012-2013 years has been accepted today at the second reading at the 14th session of RT State Council. The session was held by Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in work of RT State Council. Total volume of incomings of RT budget is forecasted to be 92,7 bln. roubles. Members of parliament discussed the bill “On making alterations in Family code of the Republic of Tatarstan”. According to RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov, this bill is aimed at improving legislation in the sphere of social protection and social support of orphans and children left without parental custody.

The meeting of FC Rubin board of trustees with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took place at the RT House of Government on December 1.FC Rubin has become a bronze winner of the Russian football championship 2010 among the premier league teams. Honoring the sportsmen, coaches, the football club staff was held at the Pyramid Convention Centre yesterday.FC Rubin President – vice-chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Aleksander Gusev handed out the Russian football championship bronze medals to the board of trustees members.

RT government and marketing agency "Flad&Flad Communication" (Germany) have signed agreement on cooperation. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Head of the agency Markus Flud put their signatures in the document. The signing ceremony took place on the territory of JSC “Kazan fair” where the exhibition “Energetics. Resource saving-2010” opened today. The agreement implies cooperation in the sphere of complex decisions on information maintenance in such high-tech sectors as environmental protection, energy-saving technologies, biotechnologies, resumed energy sources, and decision-making for improvement of programs for secondary education.

Session of RT government “On results of implementing the program “Energy resource efficiency in Tatarstan for 2006-2010 years” and tasks on realizing long-term targeted program “Energy saving and increase of energy efficiency in Tatarstan for 2011-2015 years and prospects up to 2020” was held in Kazan. RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the event.Opening of XII specialized exhibition “Energetics. Resource saving-2010” and XI International symposium “Energy resource efficiency and Energy saving” was held on the territory of Exhibition centre “Kazan fair” before the session. Opening the session of RT government, Ildar Khalikov underlined the importance of adopting energy-saving technologies in industrial sector, budget institutions and municipalities.
