A programme of learning state languages in pre-school institutions will in February be launched in Tatarstan, a meeting on implementing new approaches to teaching the native language in pre-school institutions said today. The meeting, held in the House of Government, was chaired by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov.

Director of foreign relations department –aide to RT President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov told today during the briefing about participation of RT delegation in a work of World economic forum in Davos (Switzerland ).

Preliminary results of activity of enterprises of Tatarstan oil-gas-chemical complex have been announced today at a session of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” Board. The session was held by Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan President and Chairman of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” Board. Director-general of JSC “Tatneftehiminvest-holding” Rafinat Yarullin made the key report at the session.

It is important to increase the number of people regularly going in for sports. The republican leadership and heads of municipalities have to work on this issue. Such information was given by Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov at a session of final collegium of RT Ministry of youth affairs, sport and tourism.

A regular session of JSC “Tatneft” Board was held today by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the House of RT Government.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Minister of emergency situations of Azerbaijan Republic, colonel-general Kamaladdin Geidarov.

Delegation of Azerbaijan Ministry of emergency situations led by the Head of the ministry Kamaladdin Geidarov visited “Kazan helicopters” plant on January, 28. The delegation was accompanied by Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov.

The Republic of Tatarstan is to take part in two federal farm support programs initiated by the Russian agriculture ministry in 2012. The two programs “Beginning farmer” and “Family farm” are meant to favour development of farms.
