Bodies of 100 people perished after “Bulgaria” shipwreck have been pulled out, Ministry of emergency situations informs on July,13 at 14:00 (62 women, 19 children, 19 men). Bodies of 91 people were identified.
Bodies of 100 people perished upon “Bulgaria” shipwreck have been retrieved, Ministry of emergency situations informs on July,13 at 10:00 (63 women, 18 children, 19 men). Bodies of 91 people were identified. 66 bodies were given to relatives for burial.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the site of “Bulgaria” shipwreck. RT President who is coordinating the search operations took part in selective meeting at headquarters of Ministry of emergency situations deployed near the settlement Kuibyshev Zaton. Later on Head of republic went to the site of shipwreck and spoke to the divers.
Specialists on vessels lifting started investigating the sunk ship “Bulgaria” at depth. Such information was given today at a session of government commission for investigation of circumstances and causes of the shipwreck. The session was held by RF Deputy Minister of transport Viktor Olersky at House of RT Government with participation of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov.
Corpses of 100 people perished upon “Bulgaria” shipwreck have been retrieved, Ministry of emergency situations informs on July,13 at 10:00 (63 women, 18 children, 19 men). Corpses of 85 perished people were identified. Representatives from the 40th institute of RF Ministry of defence came to organize operations on lifting the sunk vessel (7 divers).
Corpses of 89 people perished upon “Bulgaria” shipwreck have been transported to Republican bureau of forensic medical examination for identification, Ministry of emergency situations informs on July,13 at 8:00. 85 victims have been identified. Corpses of 98 perished people were retrieved from water at the wreck site (63 women, 17 children, 18 men).

RT Cabinet made decision to pay one-time financial aid to families of the perished and injured upon “Bulgaria” shipwreck which happened in Kuibyshev water reservoir on July, 10, 2011. The decision was made in accordance with RT President Edict dated 11.07.2011 № УП-398 “On announcing mourning in connection with tragic events happened in Tatarstan Republic”.
According to the data for 18.00 on July, 12 88 corpses of the perished at the wreck site of “Bulgaria” vessel have been retrieved (60 women, 14 children, 14 men).65 corpses have been transported to Republican bureau of forensic medical examination, 54 people are indentified.
According to the data for 16.00 on July, 12 83 corpses of the perished at the wreck site of “Bulgaria” vessel have been retrieved (53 women, 15 children, 15 men).65 corpses have been transported to Republican bureau of forensic medical examination (11 men, 45 women, 9 children), 53 adults and 5 children are indentified.
Members of government commission for investigating causes and circumstances of “Bulgaria” vessel wreck laid flowers to an improvised memorial at Kazan river port in memory of victims of the tragedy. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, RF Minister of transport Igor Levitin, State Counselor of RT Mintimer Shaimiev, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials came to honor the memory of the perished.
