The memorandum of intentions has been signed by the “Bank of development and foreign trade activities” (Foreign trade and investment bank), Investment-venture fund of Republic Tatarstan, JSC "Ammoni" and the companies « Mitsubishi heavy industries » and « Sojiz Corporation » (Japan) on May 12, in Tokyo (Japan).
The document deals with realization of the civil-engineering project of the new integrated complex on manufacturing ammonia, methanol and granulated carbamide in Mendeleevsk (Republic Tatarstan).

On the threshold of Victory Day RT First Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov took part in holiday concert for veterans of Great Patriotic War which was held in Kazan house of culture named after Lenin in Aviastroitelny district of Kazan.

RT First Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov held a meeting in the RT Cabinet on issue of using nanotechnologies in aircraft building. A member of scientific and technical council of State Corporation “Rosnanotech” – Director General of JSC “Institute of new carbonic materials and technologies” Viktor Avdeev took part in the meeting.

Briefing on issues of preparation for summer health campaign in Tatarstan was held in the RT Cabinet. Representatives of RT Ministry of education and science, RT Ministry of health care, RT Ministry of youth affairs, sport and tourism, Management of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare for the Republic of Tatarstan, Fund of social insurance of Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan and power structures took part in meeting with journalists.

Director General of Innovative-production technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko informed that technopark has become a member of European network of Business and innovation centres (The European Business Innovation Centers (BIC) Network - EBN). By his words in spite of that fact that Russia is not a part of European Union, European network of Business and innovation centres approved the application of Technopark “Idea” about entering the EBN network. The decision was made on 29 April at board of directors of European network of Business and innovation centres.

A briefing in RT Cabinet: on issues of preparation for celebration of the 64-anniversary of the Victory in Great Patriotic War was held in the RT Cabinet. RT Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov and RT Deputy Minister of labour, employment and social protection Azat Gabdulakhatov took part in the meeting.

Tatarstan delegation headed by RT Prime Minister visited Turkmenistan on 25-26 of April. It was presented by Director General of JSC “KAMAZ” Sergey Kogogin, Director General of JSC “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov, Director General of JSC “Tatenergo” Ilshat Fardiev and others.
