Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of the Board of guardians of the Republican fund for historical and cultural monuments Mintimer Shaimiev held a meeting dedicated to preparation of materials for presentation of the Bolgar historical and architectural complex and Sviyazhsk historical – architectural and natural-landscape complex for inclusion in UNESCO World heritage List.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of Ros Roca Group/INDOX (Spain) discussed issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.The meeting was held at Tatarstan Government House with participation of Vice-President, General Manager of Ros Roca Group/INDOX Salvador Roca, Deputy PM and Chief of Staff of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, Aide to Tatarstan President Rinat Sabirov, employees of Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services, Ministry of Transport and Roads, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and OJSC “KAMAZ”.

Issues of television coverage of competitions of the World Summer Universiade in Kazan have been discussed at a meeting between President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of ANO “Sport broadcasting” Vasily Kiknadze.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Commissioner for human rights of the Council of Europe Nils Muiznieks. The meeting was held at Tatarstan Government House with participation of Commissioner for human rights in RT Saria Saburskaya, a representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in RT Radik Vakhitov, and Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov.

Implementation of “Accessible environment” programme and programmes aimed at resocialization of citizens serving a sentence in places of imprisonment were discussed at a meeting between Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and Commissioner for human rights of the Council of Europe Nils Muiznieks on April 4.

At a meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov said: “Leadership of Ingush Republic is interested in studying Tatarstan experience in IT industry, support of small and medium-size business, and agriculture.”

At a briefing at Tatarstan Government House Deputy Head of Tatarstan Ministry of Emergency Situations Yury Venediktov informed that in the nearest time Tatarstan citizens would again hear sounds of sirens and receive sms about testing of notification system in republic. Events are being held in order to test Regional automated emergency public notification system.
