President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with President of the Russian Tennis Federation Shamil Tarpishev at the Kazan Kremlin.
The Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, and social-cultural cooperation has been signed between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Arkhangelsk region. The document was signed by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov. The signing ceremony took place at the Kazan Kremlin.

Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov has arrived in Tatarstan with a working visit (December 5-7). He was met by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan international airport.Delegation of the Arkhangelsk region consists of Deputy Governor on infrastructural development Aleksei Alsufiev, Minister of energy and communications Igor Gopdzish, Minister of industry and trade Andrei Shestakov, representatives of state-financed institution “Regional energy saving center”.
Session of the RT Cabinet “Concerning realization of the long-term special-purpose program “Energy saving and increase of energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2010-2015 and prospects till 2020” was held within the framework of the 14th international specialized exhibition “Energy. Resource saving” and the 13th international symposium “Energy resource efficiency and energy saving”.

Total amount of financing of the republican long-term program “Miras-Heritage” for 2013-2016 that was approved by the RT Government Decree in November will make 1 bln 94 mln roubles. Next year 322,5 mln roubles will be allocated for the program realization. Such information has been presented today by the RT Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin at a briefing at the RT Cabinet.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly and State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of fractions of the political party “Communist party of the Russian Federation”.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the third session of Turkey-Russia High Level Cooperation Council during his working trip to Istanbul. The session was chaired by the Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
