President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave assignment to relevant authorities to immediately take measures on ensuring safety of pupils of pre-school institutions on their way home and to educational institutions. The assignment was given in connection with two tragic events which happened in February in Naberezhnye Chelny and Elabuga.

Listening to the final variant of State anthem of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in S.Saidashev big state concert hall today. Deputies of Tatarstan State Council, cultural and art workers, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov participated in the event.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with “Ernst & Young” top managers at the RT Government House. Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Aide to the RT President Airat Khairullin presented the Republic of Tatarstan at the meeting.

Results of work of Tatarstan agro-industrial complex for 2012 and tasks for the forthcoming period of spring field works have been discussed at a board session of the RT Ministry of agriculture and foodstuff with participation of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The traditional meeting was held in Pestretsy region.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with players of “Ak Bars” hockey club. The meeting was held at the hockey club base in Kazan with participation of President of “Ak Bars” hockey club Shafagat Takhautdinov and chief coach Valery Belov.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working trip in Pestretsy region. He has visited a family farm and a dairy farm. Later on the same day Rustam Minnikhanov participated in a board session of the Ministry of agriculture and foodstuff concerning results of work of Tatarstan agro-industrial complex in 2012 and setting tasks on successful implementation of spring field works.

At a briefing at the RT Cabinet of ministers First Deputy Minister of education and science Danil Mustafin said that all school leavers who are going to pass the Unified State Exam and State final examination must choose elective exam subjects by March 1. Three years since establishment of the Republican foundation for historical and cultural monuments “Renaissance” is celebrated today. The RT President’s decree about establishment of the foundation was signed on February, 17, 2010. The decree determined main mission of the foundation: assistance in preservation and reconstruction of Bolgar historical-architectural museum reserve, architectural and artistic restoration of the State historical-architectural and art museum “Island town of Sviyazhsk”.
