Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has visited complex of buildings of Kazan eparchial department – former religious school (Kazan, K.Marx/Mislavskogo str 9/15). He inspected restoration works being implemented at the object, looked over repaired premises, and assessed quality of works and used building materials.

Tatarstan Presdient Rustam Minnikhanov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of New Zealand to Russia Ian Alexandr Hill. The meeting was held in the Kazan Kremlin with participation of Head of Department for external relations – Aide to RT President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov, First deputy minister of agriculture and foodstuff Minsagir Nurtdinovand others.

On November 30 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was on a working trip in Chistopol town. He took part in occupation of a house built for Chistopol residents living in a dilapidated housing, opened new town banya (bathhouse), and looked over the garden park being currently reconstructed.

Enterprises really turning out production with use of nano-technologies were presented at the 3d specialized exhibition “Nano-technologies.Kazan-2011”, and the number of such enterprises should increase, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated at an official opening of the exhibition “Nano-technologies.Kazan-2011” and XII international research and practice conference "Nanotechnologies in industry".

An official opening of one more kindergarten “Egoza” located in residential complex “Magellan” was held today in Kazan. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov, Commissioner on children rights in RT Guzel Udachina attended the solemn event.

Exhibition of Russian objects from the Preliminary List of World cultural and natural heritage UNESCO opened on November 29 in Paris in Russian cultural centre. Bolgar and Sviyazhsk were presented at the exhibition. The event is organized within the framework of 17th General Assembly of the International council on monuments and sites (ICOMOS) being currently held in the capital of France.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the exhibition of projects at the Republican youth forum on November 28. The Republican youth forum is held from May 16 to November 30 in three stages. Young people aged 16-30, pupils and students participate in the forum.

On November 28, 2011 Tatarstan delegation led by the Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin arrived in Paris to organize and hold an exhibition at the Russian cultural centre in nominations “Bolgar historical-archeological complex”, “Sviyazhsk historical-cultural and landscape complex” from the preliminary list of World cultural and natural heritage UNESCO, and the Kazan Kremlin as an objects of UNESCO World heritage.
