Tatarstan delegation led by State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev is on a working trip in Italy on November 20-21. Mintimer Shaimiev has met with Counsellor of the Italian President on cultural heritage Luis Godart, Director-general of the Department for development of the Italian Ministry of foreign affairs Mauricio Melanie, President of Salerno province Edmondo Chirielli, Director-general of the International Centre for the Study and the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM) Munir Bushenaki.

III convention of RT entrepreneurs opened today in the first exhibition hall of “Kazanskaya Yarmarka”. Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, chiefs of republican ministries and departments, and about 1000 businessmen took part in the event.

Development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship is one of the most perspective areas of economic growth in Kazan. Such statement was made by the President of Tatasrtan Rustam Minnikhanov at a meeting with republican activists.

On November 20 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his spouse visited a performance of the Theatre of nations “Stories by Shukshin”. The guest performance took place in G.Kamal theatre in the context of official program of the VI international festival of modern art “Territory”.

Tatarstan State Counsellor, Chairman of supervisory board of the Republican fund of historical and cultural monuments Mintimer Shaimiev is on a working trip to Italy by the invitation of Director-general of the International Centre for the Study and the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM) Munir Bushenaki.

2,48 mln m² housing are planned to be constructed in 2012 in Tatarstan in the context of housing construction program, Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin informed at a republican meeting on November, 18.
