On November 10 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a solemn ceremony of delivering official cars to subdivisions of the interior bodies on RT.The ceremony took place at the square in front of Republican STSI (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) in Kazan.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov told federal mass media about development of several projects in IT-sector, in particular the project “E-Government of RT”.Rustam Minnikhanov met with journalists of federal publications presented in Tatarstan (“Vedomosti”, “Izvestiya”, “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, “Argumenty i Fakty”, “Rossiiskaya gazeta”) in IT-park (Kazan, Peterburgskaya str).

Tatarstan enterprises should implement advanced IT in their work more efficiently, RT President stated at a meeting “Implementation and improvement of business management using IT”. The meeting was held in Kazan IT-park with participation of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, chiefs of ministries, departments and major industrial enterprises.

By the end of 2011 all disabled children will be provided with distance education, Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov stated at a video conference on results of implementing national projects “Health” and “Education” for 9 months of 2011. The session was held by Deputy chairman of RF Government Aleksandr Zhukov.

About 5 % election constituencies in Tatarstan will be equipped with electronic voting complexes, Chairman of Central election commission Anatoly Fomin informed at a briefing in RT Cabinet in format of video conference “On preparing elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly of the 6th convocation in RT”.

On November 7 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Complex of oil-refining and petrochemical plants “TANECO” and enterprises “Nizhnekamskshina” and “Nizhnekamskneftehim” during his working trip to Nizhnekamsk region.
