RT President Rustam Minnikhanov visited enterprise of ZAO “Transas” in St.Petersburg.Group of companies “Transas” produces high-tech machinery and equipment (navigation and simulator systems, shore security systems of vessels, e.t.c) and take 40 % of world market. President of “Transas” group Nikolai Lebedev told Rustam Minnikhanov about activity of the enterprise and realized projects. He informed in particular that the company cooperates with JSC “Kazan helicopters plant”, JSC “KAMAZ”, Zelenodolsk shipbuilding plant named after Gorky (production of simulating complexes for vessel “Gepard”), Tupolev Kazan State Technical University.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with representatives of Tatar St. Petersburg Diaspora. We remind that Head of Tatarstan is in Northern capital with a one-day working visit.
The meeting with representatives of Tatar Diaspora took place in a hotel “Ambassador” with participation of more than 150 people. Speaking to the activists of Tatar public organizations Rustam Minnikhanov noted that such meetings are important both for authorities of Tatarstan Republic and Diaspora. Tatar community carries out a serious work on expanding cooperation between Kazan and St. Petersburg, which allows uniting efforts for solving urgent problems and strengthen friendly intercourse

Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is to Russia’s Northern capital for a one-day working visit. Early today he attended the opening of the monument to the poet Musa Jalil on Vasilyevsky Island (Gavanskaya Str).At the meeting with Valentine Matvienko, Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the Saint Petersburg Governor for the warm welcome given to the Tatarstan delegation.

Exhibition “Tukai Gardens” opened today in St. Petersburg (Sheremetiev Palace).The event is dedicated to Days of the Republic of Tatarstan being held in St. Petersburg on May 18-19.Members of Tatarstan delegation including Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, Chairman of executive committee of World congress of Tatars Rinat Zakirov and others took part in opening ceremony.
