On September 26, at a session of the Council under Russian Presidential envoy in Volga Federal District chaired by Russian Presidential envoy in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich in Orenburg, heads of the regions discussed the development of the vocational secondary education system in the regions of Volga Federal District. Tatarstan was represented by Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov.

On September 25, during his working trip to Prague, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Mr Jan Hamáček.
On September 25, at his meeting with Czech businessmen in Prague Municipal House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is open for investments and will render overall support to Czech companies willing to realize their projects in Tatarstan.
On September 25, at their meeting in Prague, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Czech Republic Miloš Zeman noted successful development of relations in industrial, social, cultural and other spheres, and good potential for expanding bilateral cooperation. The meeting was held in Prague Castle, the official residence of the President of Czech Republic.
On September 25, upon his arrival on a two-day working visit to Prague (Czech Republic), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was met by Governor of the South Moravian region Michal Hašek, Russian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Sergey Kiselev and other officials at the Václav Havel International Airport.
On September 25, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, deputy of Russian State Duma Vasily Likhachev, Tatarstan prosecutor Ildus Nafikov took part in opening of the international research and practice conference “Legal science and law in 21st century” dedicated to 210th anniversary of Kazan University.
