The results of work of Tatarstan communication sector for 2008 and the tasks for 2009 have been discussed at the expanded session of RT Ministry of Communications collegium with participation of RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

Delegation of “Daimler AG” headed by chairman of company directorate Dieter Zetche has visited “KAMAZ”. The guests have seen the main production line of automobile plant “KAMAZ-Diesel”, forge factory, joint enterprise “KAMMINZ-KAMA”.

RT PM Rustam Minnikhanov expressed a support for the initiative to create a single register of labour resources demands for the largest enterprises of the republic. The idea was put forward by territorial directorate of Federal agency on special economic zones management in RT.

RT PM Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with Plenipotentiary representative to RF President in the Volga district Grigory Rapota. Head of RT Government presented the project “E-government” and hall for videoconferences in RT Cabinet.
Director of Information technologies centre Nikolay Nikiforov showed a special kiosk by which the citizens may use state services and address the consultants on-line. Grigory Rapota has got interest in the project, bowing to which such procedures like obtaining information, recording in the queue, paying state duties, fines, etc. may be feasible “without leaving terminal server ” .

Five enterprises of Republic Tatarstan have entered the membership of state corporation " Rostechnologii". This comes from the outcomes of the Cooperation agreement between the «Rostechnologii » and the Government of Republic Tatarstan. The agreement was signed in Moscow by the Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of the state corporation " Rostechnologii " Sergei Chemezov.

The agreement was signed by RT PM Rustam Minnikhanov and Chief of Federal labour and employment service Yu.V.Gertsyi in Moscow on February 10. It covers federal financing of regional program (Complex plan) to overcome negative consequences of global finance crisis in Tatarstan.

Tatarstan government is considerably expanding on-line service list for citizens. In the nearest future people will be able to pay dues and fines, receive statements from government bodies, apply for foreign or RF passport, apply for marriage registration and choose a suitable time for ceremony by infomat.

Rustam Minnikhanov held the board meeting of RT Ministry of youth affairs, sports and tourism covering its work in 2008 and tasks for 2009.
In the meeting took part RF Deputy Minister of sport, tourism and youth policy Natalia Parshikova, President of Russian student sport union Oleg Matytsin, Deputy of the Russian State Duma Ildar Gilmutdinov, Secretary General of Russian Olympic committee, Yury Yuryev.

The meeting was held in RT Cabinet with participation of RT Deputy PM, Minister of culture Zilya Valeeva, RT military commissioner Sergey Pogodin, Chief of industrial department under RT Cabinet office Aleksandr Volodkevich.
The participants discussed preparation measures for celebration of 65-anniversary of the Victory in Great Patriotic War (1941-1945).

During the last week the number of unemployed people increased by 4 000 people. The information was presented at the meeting of republican interdepartmental commission on living standards improvement and income legalization held by RT First deputy PM Ravil Muratov.
