On September 29 Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia Nikolay Elizarov. In the meeting took part representative of RF Ministry of foreign affairs in Kazan Radik Vakhitov, Acting minister of industry and trade Rashat Fattakhov and Aide to RT Premier on external economic activity Alfred Zakirov.

On September 28 Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov took part in a session of subcommittee on Volga federal district for investment projects of national, regional and interregional significance. RF Minister of regional development Viktor Basargin discussed issues of creating favorable climate for investment growth and realization of projects considered to be priority in the district with heads of RF VFD subjects and representatives of federal authorities.

Today RT President R.N. Minnikhanov has met with representatives of South Australia Tatar community. A meeting took place in a hall Banksia of Intercontinental hotel (Adelaide), Tatar Diaspora was represented by over 100 people – the community activists.
One of the South Australia’s striking characteristics is that people of various ethnicities and faiths co-exist here peacefully and comfortably, while the government ensures that they can preserve their language, traditions and cultures. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said it at a meeting with South Australia Prime Minister of South Australia Mike Rann.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has visited one of the branches of South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI). Being one of the leading research institutes in South Australia state (Australia), SARDI favours competitiveness of its agricultural and industrial sectors in the world. Studies in the sphere of foodstuff and agriculture are being carried out in the institute.
Tatarstan is interested in development of efficient mutually beneficial relations with “Elders” company (Elders Limited, Australia), President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated at a meeting with Director general of Elders company Malcolm Jackman in Adelaide (Australia). We remind that Head of republic is on a short-term visit in Australia (September, 27-28, 2011).

Today within the limits of Russian-Singapore business forum President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has attended business lunch with Singapore's Prime Minister Li Syan Lun. Board chairman of Sberbank German Gref, Chairman of “Troika Dialogue” board Ruben Vardanyan and other attendees of the forum took part in the meeting.
The Republic of Tatarstan is an obvious example of successful using Singapore experience in developing the state, board chairman of Sberbank German Gref said in the course of Russian-Singapore business forum. Tatarstan delegation led by the President Rustam Minnikhanov is taking part in the event.
Tatarstan authorities are ready to support Asian investors in every possible way and willing to see them in republic, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated in the course of Tatar-Singapore business forum.

Today in Singapore the VI Russian Singapore business forum has commenced its work. The delegation from Tatarstan headed by RT President R.N. Minnikhanov takes part in a work of the forum. The delegation includes also vice- RT prime minister RT minister of info and telecom Nikolai Nikiforov, chairman of RT Investment development agency Linar Yakupov, director of RT External relations department – aide to RT President Iskander Muflikhanov, chiefs of major RT enterprises.
