Public-private partnership projects in the sphere of preschool education development can develop in Tatarstan in to allow more kids to get admission to kindergarten. This topic was central at a meeting chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on December 7.The meeting was held at the Tatarstan House of Government. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Education Minister Albert Gilmutdinov, Deputy Prime Minister – Informatisation and Communication Minister Nikolai Nikiforov, Chief of Staff of the Tatarstan President Yuri Kamaltynov, Aide to the Tatarstan President on social issues Tatyana Larionova and other officials took part in the meeting.

On December, 5 strong snow falling with rain caused open-phase faults of transmission lines in eight regions of Tatarstan.According to press service of RT Ministry of civil defense and emergency situations on Sunday afternoon partial blackout happened in 13 regions of republic where 967 power substations, 267 settlements are located. 66920 people live there. Operative headquartes was deployed immediately with participation of heads of ministries and departments and all heads of administrations of injured regions.RT President Rustam Minnikhanov held two sessions of RT Commission for preventing and liquidation emergency situations (on Sunday at 21.00 and midnight). President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held meetings during working visit to Abu-Dabi (United Arab Emirates).We remind that Rustam Minnikhanov is in Abu-Dabi with two-day visit (December, 4-5,2010).Thus, President of Tatarstan held negotiations on issues of attracting investments into republican economy with chairman of administration of the Bank “Al Hilal” Mohammad Jamil Berro and President of Islamic bank of Abu-Dabi (ADIB) Tirad Mahmud.Besides, by words of Aide to RT President Iskander Muflikhanov, Rustam Minnikhanov discussed issues of developing Islamic banking in Russia and its regions with one of major experts in the sphere of Islamic financing Dr Hussein Hamed Hasan.

All obligations of commissioning housing in 2010, especially those under the social mortgages program, are to be met. The statement was made by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at a republican meeting on housing construction and commissioning in the Republic of Tatarstan and providing apartments to Great Patriotic War veterans.The meeting was held at the RT House of Government in a video conference format involving all the municipal districts of the republic.The main report was delivered by Irek Faizullin, the Tatarstan Construction, Architecture and Housing Minister.

Presentation of the Republic of Tatarstan has been held today for members of American commercial chamber in Russia. RT president Rustam Minnikhanov and president of American commercial chamber Andrew Somers took part in the meeting.“Our task is to address the needs of business. We want to create proper conditions for potential investors”, - Rustam Minnikhanov said.“We also make mistakes and have some shortcomings in our work. But we visit other countries to learn and adopt foreign experience, and we want you to help us with arranging our work for more intense attraction of investors”, - RT President said. He added likewise that Tatarstan is interested in technologies which do not have counterparts in Russia. “You will see that our republic is a partner to rely on”, - he emphasized.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov considers that holding of World football championship in 2018 will be a powerful incentive to development of Russian cities. He has announced this today while commenting the win of Russia in voting for the right to host World championship 2018.“It is a dream which could hardly come true. The win of Russia will have a positive impact on development of football in the country, attitude of people towards this game and their consolidation. It will be a powerful spur to development of Russian cities, which will change greatly and become well-known throughout the world”.“Currently we are preparing for hosting Universiade 2013, creating necessary infrastructure. We are building football fields taking into account requirements of FIFA. By 2013 Kazan will be seriously prepared for holding world championship and some things will have to be completed by 2018”, - Rustam Minnikhanov said.

Russia has become the country to host World football championship 2018. This decision was made by members of FIFA executive committee in Zürich (Switzerland).Voting results were announced by president of FIFA Joseph Blatter from the stage of exhibition centre “Messe - Zürich”. Receiving congratulations, Head of Russian delegation in Zürich – first deputy Chairman of RF Government Igor Shuvalov promised that FIFA would never be sorry for made decision. We remind that RT President Rustam Minnikhanov within Russian delegation also took part in presentation of Russian application for holding World football championship 2018.

Issues of keeping longevity and formation of culture of healthy way of life in Tatarstan were discussed in House of RT government at the meeting held by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov. The meeting was held within the limits of realization of RT President Address to RT State Council for 2011.Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov reported on development of physical culture and sport, formation of culture of healthy way of life in Tatarstan. He reminded that the conception of developing healthy way of life in oriented to the Strategy of developing physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation till 2020 (approved by RF government in 2009). Rafis Burganov told in details about creation of conditions in republic for leading healthy way of life. By his words, his offer regarding reviving physical exercises during working day and industrial gymnastics was supported by heads of many enterprises.

Session of council on control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products in RT has been held today by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov in House of RT government.The session was attended by Secretary of RT Security council Valery Vlasov, Head of Ministry of interiors on RT Asgat Safarov, Chairman of Council of municipal formations - Head of Cheremshan municipal region Minsagit Shakirov, Head of State alcohol inspection Igor Marchenko, Head of Department of Federal service for supervision in the sphere of protection of consumers’ rights and human well-being on RT Viktor Morozov and others.Opening the event, Ildar Khalikov stressed that first of all control for quality of alcohol output produced and realized via distribution networks should be provided. “Control over situation in circulation of alcohol and spirit content products should be tough”, - he said.

According to data for November,30 37 955 unemployed people have been registered in republic. In comparison with the beginning of year the number of unemployed citizens considerable decreased. Round table with heads of executive committees of municipal regions and city districts of Tatarstan on urgent issues of activity of local authorities has been held today in Kazan chaired by RT First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov. Deputy Minister of labor, employment and social protection Klara Tazetdinova reported on course of realization of regional program aimed at decreasing tensity at labor market in 2010. By her words, the quantity of economically active population in Tatarstan makes 2 mln. 62 thousand people (55 % of total number). 1 mln 900 thousand od them are working people.
