On July 25 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov arrived in Barcelona to visit sports venues being used within the framework of 15th FINA World Championship, and study international experience in holding such competitions.
On July 25 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with President of Russian Academy of Military Sciences, General of the Army, Doctor of historical and military sciences Makhmut Gareev at Representative Office of Tatarstan Republic in Russian Federation (Moscow).

On July 24 at a meeting on results of performance of the consolidated budget for the first half of 2013 and setting tasks for financial, treasury and tax bodies till the end of 2013 Tatarstan Prosecutor Kafil Amirov told that as of July 1, 2013 tax debts in Tatarstan made 8,5 bln rubles. Tax revenues in the regional budget decreased by 4 bln rubles.
On July 24 at their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board of Guardians of Russian Quantum Centre Sergey Belousov discussed an opportunity of locating several laboratories in Kazan at Nanotechnological Centre and Kazan Federal University. Rustam Minnikhanov was told about activity of Russian Quantum Centre and its mission.
On July 24 at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Auditor of Russian Accounts Chamber Sergey Agaptsov discussed a range of issues and determined tasks for the current period.
On July 24 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regional meeting on results of performance of consolidated budget in the first half of 2013. Heads of regional ministries and agencies, top managers of major industrial enterprises, deputies of Tatarstan State Council took part in the event.

On July 23 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov looked around a number of construction objects in the historic center of Kazan. He was accompanied by Tatarstan Prosecutor Kafil Amirov, Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, Head of Kazan Executive Committee Aleskey Pesoshin.
At a field session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” on results of work of Tatarstan oil-gas and chemical industry in the first half of 2013 and activity of Nefis group Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov noted considerable results achieved by Nefis group.
On July 23 results of Summer Universiade 2013 were summarized at a traditional briefing at Tatarstan Government House. The event was held in video conference format with participation of all municipalities and broadcasted on the official government website www.prav.tatarstan.ru.
On July 23 a regular session of OAO Tataneft Board chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was held at Tatarstan Government House. The Board of Directors reviewed results of OAO Tatneft budget performance for the first half of 2013 and approved the budget for October 2013.
