Premier of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov visited Nizhnekamsk on June,1. Child Development Centre “Podsolnushek” opened on Children’s day in Nizhnekamsk. Opening of modern kindergarten aimed at intellectual development of children is an important event for the town. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov and Minister of education Albert Gilmutdinov were invited to the event.

Delegation of the People's Republic of China headed by Vice-premier of the State Council Wang Qishan arrived in Kazan. RF Minister of energy Sergei Shmatko joined the delegation. On Tuesday Vice-premier of the State Council Wang Qishan met with RF Vice-premier Vladimir Putin. Today the delegation visited Izhevsk and arrived in Kazan.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited exhibition of famous Russian sculptor Dashi Namdakov in National art gallery “Hazine”. Together with Head of republic RT vice-premier Zilya Valeeva, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin visited exposition “Universe of wanderer”.

Today, on Children’s protection day President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited a large family in Kazan. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin and other officials accompanied Rustam Minnikhanov.Eight children are now brought up in Vernikovsky family. Their mother, Raisa Vernikovskaya, is the teacher of mathematics and now is on child-care leave. Father, Leonid Vernikovsky is a trowel worker.

An integrated targeted policy in the sphere of support, protection and development of children is being realized in Tatarstan and almost all government bodies take up issues of childhood. Such suggestions were expressed today by Vice-premier of RT government Zilya Valeeva at a briefing in House of RT government on the eve of International Children’s Day.

“Workload of sport objects in Kazan built for summer Universiade 2013 is a positive example of using heritage of World student sport summer games 2013”, - Director-general of Organization committee “Sochi-2014” Dmitri Chernyshenko announced in Moscow at the procedure of signing Agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan Republic and Organization committee “Sochi-2014”.

The international scientific-practical conference on issues of developing legislation in terms of enforcement proceedings “Efficiency of forced execution of court decisions and acts of other bodies” will be held in Kazan on June,8-11. Detailed information regarding forthcoming event was presented at briefing in House of RT Government.

“Holding World summer Universiade 2013 will help Tatarstan as one of Russian regions to make it known in world society and present Russia as an open and sports power”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stated at the conference “Universiade. Opportunities for business and development” (Moscow, hotel “Ritz Carlton”).

Agreement on cooperation has been signed between Tatarstan Republic and Organization committee “Sochi-2014”. The document was signed by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director-general of Organization committee “Sochi-2014” Dmitri Chernyshenko. The signing ceremony took place in Moscow within the limits of conference “Universiade. Opportunities for business” (organized by newspaper “Vedomosti”).
