The Transport plan of summer Universiade-2013 has been presented to Deputy Minister of transport of Russia Oleg Belozerov and RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.The document was presented at session of working group on transport infrastructure and logistics of Council under RF President on developing physical culture and sport, elite sport, preparation and holding XXII Olympic winter games and XI Paralympic winter games 2014 in Sochi, XXVII World summer Universiade 2013 and Football championship 2018. The session of working group was held in Kazan in House of RT Government under chairmanship of Deputy Minister of transport of Russia Oleg Belozerov. The Transport plan of Universiade-2013 has been developed by specialists of St. Petersburg institute of transport infrastructure.The principle of heritage is used in the document that implies further long-term use of Kazan transport network and its development. According to the estimates of specialists in the period of holding Universiade 2013 increase of loads on transport network in the city will be considerably exceeded.

The Republic of Tatarstan is realizing and will realize major projects in transport sector in future. This was announced by President of Republic Rustam Minnikhanov at a final session of RT Ministry of transport and road construction. Deputy Minister of transport of Russia Oleg Belozerov, Head of Federal road agency Anatoli Chabunin, First Vice-speaker of State Duma Oleg Morozov, Chairman of State Duma committee for construction and land relations Martin Shakkum took part in the session. Head of Tatarstan Ministry of transport Lenar Safin reported on results of work of transport sector. He informed that realization of long-term target program “Development of transport complex of Tatarstan Republic for 2006-2010” finished in 2010. By and large, for the period of 5 years financing for program realization made 108,94 bln. roubles at the expense of all sources.

Constructing and housing in Tatarstan are the main priorities in estimating efficiency of authorities. Today, it was declared by Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, in conference on launching and realization of the program directed to housing conditions improvement of war veterans. The conference was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan, in videoconferencing mode connecting all municipal districts. Besides, live broadcasting of the conference was carried out on the Internet.The RT President noticed that yesterday he was in Kirov, where he took part in the conference on development of housing constructions in regions under the leadership of Vladimir Putin, Head of the Government of Russia. The Federal Target Program “Dwelling” was accepted until 2015 year.

President of Tatartsan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting dealing with developing housing construction in Russian regions.The meeting was held in Kirov city and chaired by chairman of Russian Government Vladimir Putin.In context of his trip to Kirov, Chairman of RF Government inspected micro residential region “Sunny Bank” under construction. The construction project is realized jointly with Federal fund for promotion of apartment construction. This is a complex building of economy class, the flats will be distributed to young families, GPW veterans, micro region is equipped with social infrastructure.
Opening the meeting on issues of housing construction in Russian regions, Vladimir Putin reminded that at the end of 2010, a new federal addressed program “Housing” had been accepted aimed until year 2015. It is supposed that investments in the program from various sources will make over 600 bln.roubles

Opening «Ernst&Young» office in Kazan signifies interest and confidence of international business in Republic Tatarstan. This was stated by RT Premier Ildar Khalikov upon end of a meeting with «Ernst&Young» company delegation. The meeting took place in Kazan city hall. «For Tatarstan opening of «Ernst&Young» office means interest and confidence of international business in republic», -RT PM underlined in an interview to journalists. Head of RT Government mentioned «Ernst&Young» company is a world leader in audit and Tatarstan is interested in developing investment legislation. By words of I. Khalikov, jointly with Ernst&Young» the analysis of investment appeal has been held and a range of recommendations on its raising prepared.

Kafil Amirov, the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Tatarstan, suggested that we need to change strategy of conducting drug consumption tests. Today, he reported it during the joint session of the counter-drugs commission in the Republic of Tatarstan and collegium of Directorate of the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for the Control of Drug Trafficking in the Republic of Tatarstan.The session was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of Rustam Minnikhanov, the RT President, in videoconferencing mode connecting all municipal districts.Kafil Amirov noticed that, traditionally, pupils and students know beforehand when drug consumption tests will be conducted, so they can deviate from them. Those, who really use drugs, either, are absent from school or university this day, or take someone’s biological material for the test.

Counteraction to distribution of drugs and psychotropic substances and narcotization-preventive measures are priority state tasks in Tatarstan Republic. This was announced today by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov at joint session of anti-drug commission in RT and board of RF Department of Federal service for controlling drugs turnover on RT.The session was held in House of RT government in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions.Opening the event, Rustam Minnikhanov informed that realization of the fourth republican target anti-drug program is being finished in republic. 170 mln. roubles of republican budget have been allocated for implementing measures within the limits of this program for the last 4 years.

Today President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov is in Moscow to take part in work of Forum “Russia-2011”.Forum is held on February, 2-4, 2011 in the Centre of international trade (Moscow). It is organized by the company “Troika dialog”. Traditionally forum is the place of meetings for business leaders, investors, heads of state institutions and ministries, famous industry experts and scientists.According to experts, the forum is a leading annual event in investment sector of Russia and CIS. It is called “Russian Davos” (World economic forum in Davos) because the event in Switzerland is held shortly before the one in Moscow.

Specialists of statistics bodies carry out work which credibility, quality and timeliness influence the quality of accepted governmental decisions and, afterwards, quality of life. Specialists of Tatarstan statistics successfully cope with set tasks. This has been announced today by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov at joint session of Tatarstan statistics service and RT Committee on social and economic monitoring. Participants of the event summarized results of activity in 2010 and set tasks for 2011. The event was held in Kazan with participation of Chairman of RT State Council Committee for economy, investments and entrepreneurship Marat Galeev.

The opening ceremony of the new youth camp "Volga" was held on the 1st of February outside Kazan. At the entrance to the center the symbolic ribbon was cut by Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan and Vitaliy Mutko, Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of Russia. The youth camp Volga was built within a year in the village Borovoye Matyushino – near the place where the former camp with the same name was situated. Students of Soviet times liked to spend free time there. The new complex was built by OAO Tatneft for 638 million rubles. In the area of 4.6 hectares residential block of 92 rooms for 200 guests is located. Also, there you can find a football field with artificial turf, tennis courts, volleyball playground and jogging path over a kilometer length. The territory of the center is equipped with a paved thoroughfares, sidewalks, artificial lighting, video control system. The center has its own boiler and water intake.
