On September 18, at the voting station №55 at Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev and his wife voted at elections for the State Duma of the Russian Federation. As all voters Shaimiev was given a bracelet “I voted!”.

Rustam Minnikhanov received a bracelet “I voted!” that gives all voters the right to use public transport for free and visit festive events near Kazan-Arena stadium.
